Gassed it up and hooked up the tj to flat tow it to 4 wheel parts march sale/show event tomorrow. First time using the xj to tow in a long time. Should be interesting.

Looks great, how thick is the metal? Did you curve the armor to match the body line?

Pulled the covers off of the front seats and washed them. Put each set in the washer separately and ran it twice with hot water on a long heavy duty cycle.

Dried for ~10 minutes to tighten everything back up. No pictures of the driver's seat (which was worse than the passenger's) but here's the passenger seat before/after. I also rebuilt some of the foam in the driver's seat.

Im on 3.5, Seems like a good height for me. Theres still room for 33's with no trimming for sure, Just would need some bumpstops to not cram the tire up in the fender.

Good to know! That should help a lot.
Just need to find some steel leaf blocks & U bolts. Don't want to mess with aluminum!
Can order online... But want to find them locally (south of Olympia, wa). Any ideas? Anyone?

Dun dun dun..... How big of block is it that you plan on running? Leaf pack upgrades at all? Shackles at all? Sorry if it was previously mentioned...
