dropped off my front driveshaft at drivelines northwest this morning (yay for them being local) and swung by cabelas for a set of hi-lift mounts. then got some downtime at work and got her mounted





now I just gotta swing by Wal-Mart on the way home and grab a couple little padlocks for it..

Sold my commuter so I could regear the XJ, ordering up 4.88's and a champion radiator this week. I'm back in action :-)

 

I changed the oil on my olgirl.

 

Finished the long arms a d44 install finally.

 

^ very nice only see one problem its to clean needs to be tested out lol

 

1) finished installing overhead console with custom switch cluster. 24 switches, breakers, and buttons.
2) checked out and troubleshot winch, still flaky
3) finished onboard air and auto oiler
(3.5) applied "manual" modifications to fender after dropping half a dozen self tappng screws...)
4) finished power cables on breakers for overhead console.
5) went to demo derby

 

Pulled some less than smart poeple out of the dunes at ocean shores

Installed my New Yorker Hood Vents, Did the cut and fold on the rear wheel openings and trimmed up the front lower fenders.

 

New tps, and getting a much needed alignment

 

Got more work done on the dana 44, hr of cutting and grinding and now the C's are cut off the axle tubes. Just waiting on the portaband blades to arrive in the mail.

 

went to cle elum this morning and met ole blu to buy the wj brake stuff chatted with him for a bit. (good to meet you) and got my official 91 shop manuals in the mail.

 

Installed a new Timken Wheel bearing/hub assembly. Not as bad as I thought it would be.

 

started taking it apart to pull the engine out. got far enough for the day beer time !
