Well today I got my poor jeep back. It's an awesome feeling when you get a call from the police saying they found your jeep and that it's not trashed. But, then there's a sinking feeling when you pull up and basically everything you put into it is gone. Those bas**** took it all. Lights, tires, wheels, suspension, sound system, random interior pieces, random parts under the hood, windows and all my personal belongings. It's bittersweet, but I guess it's time to make a list and build her back up.

Thanks for the support!

Climb underneath your Jeep and adjust your TC shift linkage. It's pretty easy.

Glad to hear you got it back. Too bad how much of it the lowlife's stole. Time for a 1-ton build.

Everyone remember to vote for COTM.

Cut the sliders off my rack until I buy some pre-bent corners to finish it right, capped the ends and cleaned up all the welds. It looks soooo much better now.

Well after 12 years and 8 coolant flushes the thermostat finally walked its last walk. Overheated on me this morning on the way to work. Got a 180 degree Napa thermostat, drilled a couple small bypass holes, cleaned up the faces and applied a copper to it and all is good now. Inside the housing, head and hose looked clean as can be. Everything is good now. Looking like it need new hoses soon, all 4 will be replaced soon. Also just turned over 117k after work tonight. I love my xj so much.

Got my Putco headlight harness in the mail today. I might go work on installing it in a bit if I get less lazy.
