lol.. installer speak
another idea would be to just leave a decent length of wire on the plug and leave it coiled up in back when you're not using it. then when you are, just uncoil it and run it out the back. getting pinched in the rubber seals of the hatch seals won't hurt it

Thanks for the info man, thats where I was going to order it from too. I'm picking up the ZJ clutch fan tomorrow, thats why I was asking..I wanted to see if you had any fitment issues if you had anything other then stock. Did you get the 400HP version of the champion? The EC1193?
When you get it. Take your time with a piece of 220 grit sand paper you can use up to 400 if ya want but 220 worked for me and was faster. What you need to do is fold it a few time to make it rigid enough you can't distort it. Then wrap around the fitting where the cooler line slides on. You can then twist the fitting in circles to sand it down in diameter. Think of it as a hand lathe with sand paper I guess. Be sure to bevel the tip as well. It took me a half hour but I got it and it worked just like factory with no leaks. You will not use the top brace on the factory radiator either. Just transfer the cushions on top to the new one and mount it. I shimmed the cushions with washers underneath to make the radiator fit more snug. Otherwise when you push down on the radiator cap the whole radiator will move. I'll take a photo of the cut I made on the core support for the cap too. I used an air hacksaw for this. You will also need to get a standard worm clamp for the lower radiator hose at the radiator. The factory spring clamp will not hold it tight enough to keep from leaking. PM me if you have any questions, I can explain better if need be about what I did to instal mine.

I'd rather just help you fix it, though. Also, not much with the XJ today, although I did get my aux reverse light switch working. I "fabbed" up this power steering brace for my Camaro, though.

I got the pump out fine, now I can not for the life of me get that clip back on.... And of course with the full tank of gas, I have at least 2 gallons just chilling on the floor
