PNW, Pull up the carpet in front of your seat and there is to drain plugs that you can pull up. Those drain plugs should be right over top of those nuts and studs. So it should be an easy fix. Then you can go on the 6th and test out those pretty flares.

motor went in tonight a little rough for one guy to r &r a motor trans combo, minimal carnage, just tying up some lose ends. I am still hoping to meet up with someone to be able to sort out my emmision issues!! any takers, please. I am even willing to cough up something for someones time. On a side note I have a lot of extra parts left over from parts jeep if anyone needs some.

I've got an 86' 2 door 2.8l, painted manly purple for parts if anyone needs anything, I'm going to have it hauled off as soon as I get title to me in the mail.
It runs but has alot of low engine noise. Its a 5spd and the TC works great. It has a set of eagle gold rims on it right now. ummm.... well anyways. Its up for parts grab if anyone needs anything let me know. I'll check if its on there and we can figure out how to get it to ya.

so i was going to install my front end this last tuesday but that never happened. some stuff came up and i forgot that i need a new trac bar before i can install it. so instead of installing it i decided to paint it. and here is what it looks like.

PNWjeep, ya give me a time and a place and i will try to meet you. or give it to tampaviking when he comes up to get those seats and i can just run down and pick it up from him. whatever works. but i greatly appreciate it!
Bobby, if you look closely at the bottom of the axle tube there is a 1/4 inch truss that is bent and wrapped around the bottom half of the tube. idk if you would call it a truss but it seems extremely sturdy.

well I didn't do it today but I was on a small road trip and I stoped at a store to take a break from the road and I went out to the jeep to start her up and be on my way but there was no life in her. so of course I assumed it was the battery so I scrounged up a ride in what seems to be the most unfriendly town in Colorado.....still nothing and I knew right away that it was my starter keep in mind that I am in a small town with one store and a mechanic that never has his shop open....so I get on the phone and get ahold of my uncle whho lives an hour away to go and pick one up for me and he obliges....after a 2 hour wait for the needed part I get to work and 30 min. of wrenching and 15 min. of cursing the rain shower that started as soon as I got to work I got the new starter in and it works like a champ.
