Yep made it home just fine. Once I aired up and got on straight rode I was even able to do highway speed. Rusty's Offroad is going to get a very nasty phone call from me come Monday morning.

Kevin, it was great to meet you and your brother. I look forward to wheeling with both of you in the future...and like you said with the two of you in your own Jeeps. The more the XJs we can get on the trail. The better I enjoy seeing the faces of the "Wrongler" boys...LOL!

I had just bought and installed the Rusty's HD dropped trac bar mount and looped adjustable end for my trac bar. The very first trail I went on it bent. Okay, that pissed me off enough but, when I was leading the trip down the Jeeps Cross trail it snapped. I had to go the rest of the way down Jeeps Cross and then all the way home with little to no steering. I used to carry a spare end when I had the old type because I expected it to break. I thought this new type would end all my problems with it. Any, I'm on a det. down at Nellis AFB (Vegas) for 2 weeks. The new end Rusty's sent me free of charge arrived in the mail today back home. I will be home in a couple of weeks and I will put the new end on and I'll be ready for some wheeling somewhere.

Hey kid how ye been?? Yes, the 44/9 may be coming soon. Now, that I have a Sweet tow rig, I can do whatever I want to the Jeep so long as it is somewhat street legal...lol. Looks like I will definitely be able to trailor my Jeep to Natches now. You Dodge and Ford guys won't blackball me because I have a Chevy tow rig, will you....lol?

My trac bar saga continues. You guys are going to love this. So, I just got off the phone with Rusty's off road customer service. After sending me a new trac bar end, I sent them my old broken one. It appears from them looking at the broken piece that my current trac bar is too short and my end wasn't threaded in far enough and that is why it broke. This is where it gets really good. So, I said, after buying a trac bar and a new HD mount and end what is a longer trac bar going to cost me. What they told me just blew me away. My trac bar is the original 11/16 unit that came with my 4.5" lift I bought from them like 5 years ago. I have to send them my old trac bar and the new adjustable end they just sent me and they are going to send me one of their much beefier 22mm trac bars free of charge. I just have to cover shipping. I'm hoping my son will remove my old trac bar so my wife can get it in the mail so hopefully the new trac bar will waiting at the house for me when I get home from det.

Hahaha you get a trailer yet? Shoot me a text when ya can I have a few trips you might be interested in going on this summer.
I'm actually impressed with that story. Haven't ever really heard good things about rustys so that's a shocker. So that's awesome!

Still no trailor. I may have to steal the next one I see sitting in a field rusting...and I've seen quite a few.
