Okay guys here it is. This is the very next free weekend I have. This will be my (BuckB91XJ) Birthday 4wheeling Run. It's three weeks out so I hope it is enough notice for anybody who wants to come to clear the day with their significant other or work. Sucks that it is almost a month after my birthday but definitely good to have it a few weeks out for planning purposes. No minumum equipment required. I only ask if you think you will need to be pulled be ready with your own strap or at least a front and rear tow point on your Jeep to be pulled from. Come one, come all. Everybody and their friends are invited. It will be my typical drill for a Walker Run. I will be at the Denny's Restaurant on College Way in Mt. Vernon (just off I-5 exit 227, east side of the freeway) for breakfast at 0800. Then, I will be "The Pit" (The Main Parking Lot) at Walker Valley at 0900 to air down and lock in. Post up if you are interested in coming along. Post up here or text or call me with any questions (360)929-5518.

So I'm curious as to why there's no minimum requirement to join in on this run. I personally was stoked that you had listed minimum requirements in your last outing post.
Well, I figured that would get more guys to come. I also figured we could have separate groups based on how Jeeps are setup...like a locked group and an open group that sticks to the easier trails. Plus since it is summer time and it hasn't rained much lately. I figured the trails will be dried out and much easier, anyway.
We will just have to wait and see. Chances are only a few guys with well setup Jeeps will show up, anyway.
All of the guys from down south have heard all of the horror stories about how hardcore Walker is and they are scared to come up and give it a try...LMAO!!!

They most likely wouldn't have a hard time. The problem is they are too scared to come try it so the extra few miles they'd have to drive is just gives them another excuse for not coming up...LOL.
All of you guys who don't mind spending the money on gas to drive all the way over to Belfair on the peninsula to run Tahuya would be amazed how much more you'd get for your money if you use that same gas money to drive up to Mt. vernon and wheel Walker valley.
