ok ended up just replacing my governer sensor and solenoid so my ZJ is good to go.

I need to get a discover pass, right?

also, how tight are the trails? I know it sounds lame but my rig is mint so I really dont want to beat up the outside.

3" lift on 31's be ok?

The trails can be tight but nothing slow and steady won't solve. And yes a discover pass is required.

45 minutes or slightly less lol. Did you want to meet up with me and follow me there? My plan is to be at the pit at 10:30.... Picking up a friend at 8:30, head to Marysville and grab a spare tire that a friend borrowed from another guy that will be there, grab some grub, then head straight to walker. Lemme know, my number is at the top of this thread if you've got any questions or so forth.
it's NEVER too late too text me lol

As always with ANY run that I start, I'd like to remind people to be smart and keep an open mind on the trails. It's not a race and is for fun. We are all there to help each other out. If ANYTHING should happen to a fellow wheeler, I expect those who know what they are doing to help and make sure we all get home safely, or at least to the trailhead to wait for help/tow truck. We are a group and by going on this run you agree to be a part of this group.

So my trip report will be a little different than the rest I start in the the back of the group, made it to the expess way where we started to head up , when e,roc found he didnt have adequate lift , so I started to lead him on the bypass where we discovered he blew a head gasket so I ended up helping him back to the trailhead in hopes to meet up with the group later , well I got e-roc back and headed back to the group I took the easy connector back up in hopes to to run into the group,,,,,,more to follow

when I got on the other side I started calling on the radio everytime I passed the trail head after going to the upper gravel pit I went back and went up humps and bumps the other way , thought I might meet up with the group coming the other way, no such luck so on my way back down the hill , I met up with another group that adopted me, only that was short lived because somebody put a hole in the oil pan and since they were new I led them back down to the parking lot where I managed to load up and go, I did stop at the rock bar and grocery, 4 lunch on my way down,. so next time when we do a recovery will bring 2 vehicles back with the broken 1,

finally made it home. I think my water pump took a **** causing me to overheat and blow a HG. while I was waiting for a trailer, I started it up when it was down to 180F and it promptly rose to 230F+ so it isnt circulating coolant I think.

the whole time im worried about body damage and I mess my engine up lol. no biggue because I have a 5.9 ready to go in.

but now that I found out that 31's are CLEARLY not enough as my axles were dragging all over the place, im debating swapping in D60's that I have access too and running 35's, obviously with some suspension work. oh well, I need to get the engine running first

had fun the brief time I was running haha
