Yeah, I was thinking about it. Welcome to the forum! What are some upgrades that you have (ie. winch, tow points, lockers, etc.)?

I've got an 89 xj wagoneer that I've only had out wheeling once before.
-3 inch lift (not sure what coils in front, ome leafs in rear
-32" km2s
-lots of trimming
-cb radio to keep connected
-rear class 3 hitch, no real recovery in front
-stock axles, gears, diffs
Wanna make some new xj friends!

I was thinking about showing up for this one. Do you guys think my Jeep can handle Walker Valley?

For the most part yes, it's fun but not the hardest trails ever. For example, I went for my first time with no experience and I didn't destroy the body, and I didn't get stuck once.

Yeah, they offer bypass trails for lightly modded rigs. I would for sure mount some tow hooks up front, but we could manage without.
Buck: that would be pretty awesome!

I don't know any trails by name yet, besides timber tamer! I handled timber tamer pretty well. But the group I went with didn't go on any really challenging runs. But it was still really fun!

You would definitely remember Expressway. It starts with a very steep up hill and about 3/4s of the way up, there is a near vertical spot of slick rock. It's the only obstacle of it's kind in the whole park. Of, course it has a bypass but what the hell is the fun in taking that???
Matt, you know I would love to do Walker with you anytime but, until Little White gets it's 8" lift, geared and locked axles out of my old Jeep and 35s on it.....in effect becoming Great White, it's not going to Walker. Very very soon, though.

I have seen videos of expressway, but have not seen it. It would definitely be fun to go with a group that tries a little bit harder trails.
