It moves it up out of the way, flat with the frame rails. It also moves it back more. The reason why I did it was becuase one I already got a dent in it, almost put a hole into it. Second is, I'm going to run Chevy 63" leaf springs. The center pin on the leafs is about 4-5 further back. This will strech my rear end an when flexing the diff would hit the tank in the stock spot.

Started cleaning all the paint an glue up so I can weld up my fender wells. Also started laying some square tube down. Going to make a frame for the tank to sit on an also bolt to.
