cut those fenders raise. My rig did fine out there all stock. Hell more than I expected. Yeah tires for 16 rim are expensive. Everyone on craigslist wants way to much for 35s. See all these tires with 30% tread and they want $500-700. Good luck.

Quote: Well, bad news is the new tires I got are to big, so if I go it will be on my crappy street tires.
You could also lengthen out your bump stops and steering stops depending how much bigger they really are, if you don't want to cut your fenders yet.

Well the rears rub on any at-speed corner and bumps, The fronts rub the front bumper bit on corners, not even really tight corners, either. I may cut and fold, but I don't have time to do it now. I think I'll just be on crap tires this time around, cut and fold before the next time I go.

easy, quick fix.

anyways, were bringing a bbq, and food and **** for the trip. were gonna stop and have lunch on the trails. theres a good stopping spot on the south loop that's big enough to park and still have room for other rigs to make it through.

im just glad I got my steering rod fixed. speaking of which, thanks for the part wade, but you forget to mention that its a zj setup, so the rod was too short, and the castle nuts I had wouldn't fit. so we straightened out my stock one and welded a pipe over it. temp 1-ton steering lol.

just need to try and get my motor mounts and tranny mount put in tomorrow before I go, or we may be doing it on the trail lol.

I may take you up on that, I'll have to clear it with my supervisor first. If you'd like to drop me a phone number or other contact info in a PM I can get in touch with you about it tomorrow. About how long will it take?

Alright I'll let you know tomorrow. I'll be calling from a 719 area code number, it'll probably be around noon/1pm if that's cool with you.
