Sure it looks a little deep, but I'm surprised he got stuck. That's not just an SUV, it's an XJ! It should have made it across no problem.

I say as long as the driver knows the fjording depth limit of his XJ, the depth of the water he is crossing doesn't pass that limit and that he isn't causing undue damage to the poor little fishes' habitat who live in the river, I see no problem with the river crossing. Just my .02 bits....oh and I better add that is if there is no laws against wheeled motor vehicles being in said river. We don't need to go giving any Tree Hugging Dirt Worshippers any free ammo to use to close all public land to 4wheelers. Nice looking Jeep!!
