Yeah, it's pretty nice to have a local private owned pizza place with their own recipes in this day and age of the chain pizza places.....and you're right, there pizza is AWESOME!!!!

I did mine. Just a shade tree mechanic job. I don't have all the fancy dial indicators and all. I shim it until it sounds good and feels tight. (not making noise from being too tight).

I will be swapping in the 4:11"s middle of May once I return from Gulfport. I have all the tools at the shop. Just dont have a swap under my belt to actually know what I'm doing.
