I thought Jeeptubes products looked good and wanted to order the front fenders but thought I would start small and see what his customer service was going to be like. I started with a very simple stinger and 2 pieces of straight tube. ........ a simple stinger! Simply bend a piece of tube and ship! I ordered online from his website. I used PayPal and completed the order on September 16. I waited 3 weeks and left a voicemail inquiring about my order. No answer. I waited another week and sent an email ........ no response! I waited ANOTHER week and left a second voicemail, still no response. I sent ANOTHER Email ...... still no response! At this point, He debited my account $159 the day I placed the order and I have not been able to contact him and no responses to 3 voicemails and 4 emails! I am considering legal remedies at this point.

I thought I would post this in the NW forum and see if anyone knew of or had done business with Tim before, since he is located in Beaver Creek, Oregon. I don't really want to disparage another jeeper who is trying to start his own business, but as you can see above, I can't even get an answer from him. I understand personal issues and financial problems can get in the way, I've had my own over the last couple of years with some unemployment issues and my wife becoming disabled, but he needs to at least answer an email and let me know that something has happened and my order cannot be fulfilled and/or it will be a while before he can fulfill it. ..... I'm even OK with that! I just need to know.

 

I finally got in touch with Tim from Jeeptubes.com. They are moving their shop and somehow some emails were dropped or not sent through or something. He has addressed my concerns and is taking care of my order! It's good to know that there was just a mixup and his products will still be available! Hope I didn't cause any problems with my post here. Hopefully his shop will be back up and running soon for everybody else!
