Got a couple pictures of our Jeep Unit cleanup on Sat, May 4. It was a good day of cleaning up trash and junk from the Yakima Ranches project out in Terrace Heights.

Thank to Jose Munoz, the club leader, for putting it all together. The Landowners were ecstatic that we would just volunteer to help cleanup their lands free of charge. A couple of us have went out there for years and over time have seen it get trashed by disrespectful lowlifes who just go dump trash out there.

Together we hauled out over 5000lbs of junk and trash. Also hauled out around 40 tires. Thanks to all who helped.

This is the local place we go to test out new additions to our jeeps or just to go play around. We hated seeing more and more trash every time we went so we decided to do something about it. We are probably going to make it an annual event.

 

Dang wish I would have known, I have a trailer and could have helped.

 

that's awesome! I try to do the same when I hit up my local shooting spots.. usually pack along a couple empty buckets for casings and a couple bags for garbage.
