Got a 12,000 lbs winch for my birthday at the end of the month. I've been looking at DiY bumpers from either Dirtbound offroad, JCR Offroad, or Victory 4x4. Leaning towards dirtbound. I'll be doing a hidden winch unless I go with the victory bumper

And this is the victory 4x4, I like this one but it's the most expensive. $250 for the center, $129 for the outer pieces, $99 for the winch mount, and $89 for the D-ring shackle mounts. But good looking bumper.

Got one of my seats in and redid all my brakes.
I got the drivers side New seat frame welded up as if had some cracks.
Also ordered some bilstien shocks, front extended bump stops and hockey pucks. I finally found some hood louvers too. They are white but will be painted black. Should have all the parts this Sunday.
Going to be putting on my spintec muffler today after work. It's a single in dual out so been planning how I'm going to do dual exhaust. I have plenty of room on each side of gas tank if I stick with dual 2-1/4 pipes but I'll have to build a heat shield on drivers side for gas tank

Swapped out my cracked eBay header for a beefed up stock unit out of a ZJ.
Bistien shocks installed. Little bit shorter than my my old Rancho shocks. Haha
Spintec single in dual outlet muffler installed. The jeep jeep has a nice clean deep tone to it. Idle is a bit louder than I wanted and sounds like a deep bass tone. Sounds great though.

My old shocks had 13" of travel. About 2" of up and 11" down. Great for rear flex but you hit a bump and they would bottom out easy. I'll miss the down travel but the bilstien shocks are night and day difference in ride quality. I plan on welding on a raised lower shock mount so I get more down travel. Right now I have a 50% up/down and I'd like to set them for more down travel.
