Jeep decals falling off?

Jeep decals falling off?
Has anyone had any experience with their jeep decals/logos falling off after off-roading or just due to daily use? Particularly for 1990 models of jeep cherokees? Either the "Jeep" logo or the "4x4" logo or both.
Or can you direct me to someone who has lots of experience with working on these models in the Portland Oregon area?
