Hard to ask a site full of Cherokee die hards if it's good to trade a Jeep for a Dodge. Personally I like the Cherokee, but if you need a truck seems like a pretty even swap.
I trust the Jeep community to give me an unbiased opinion lol!!!! I went and meet with the guy he had some trans problems that he "had never seen before"

At least it was conveniently found before you went to drive it home.
Prepare to replace the transmission in that thing, so work that into the deal. It's pretty much a given.
Edit, I typed that before seeing the above mentioned transmission posts. Chrysler has never made a transmission worth a damn.
Yeah and at first I was gitty about the thought of having a reliable quad cab truck, but it is too good to be true. He had the better 45RFE which is supposedly more reliable than other dodge transmissions but it made some pretty harsh sounds going into overdrive on the highway. Shame I liked that body style.
Now that I have everyones attention where do you guys do your wheeling? I just moved to Portland from Grants Pass and I don't know where to go. I'm itching to go get in the snow
