Anyone run into any DEQ problems up here? The county I live in has not yet made passing DEQ mandatory yet, but I have heard rumors to the point of they might make us start, I was looking into cutting my exhaust down to just infront of the catalytic converter, has anyone had issues with this with noise violations in the PNW? Or anyone from or around Cowlitz County that might have heard something about the DEQ thing? Will I have a loss of power with doing such a mod?
