Well heres the deal, i get back from deployment on the 11th of march so i have a week to get the jeep ready to go. i will be camping up there from thursday night till sunday. i just need to get off of my ship and away from people! so far its me and my brothers ZJ. but would be nice to get some others up there too. i know its awhile off but after i get off leave im taking the jeep back up to my house in marysville, wa. so if any one else wants to meet us up there or come up for one of the days, that would be cool. not sure yet if i will stay at the browns camp campground or over at lydias camp. its a little more centrally located. but just thought i would see if any other cherokees wanted to make a presence. post up if anyone is game!

Well the 11th is my birthday, and we always camp/party around bday every year. Hopefully my jeep will be done by then, I was already thinking of camping there for it anyways. Maybe we can coordinate as it gets closer, I suck at navigating browns, always end up lost.

ya, my xj has been sitting since the 4th of july when i last went to browns camp, so i need to go over it and install my new parts that i have compiled since i left. should take me a good 3 days... i would go the weekend i got into town if i felt lucky... i just wanted to throw the idea around and see if i could get anyone else interested.

Oh wow.......umm sure. I'll go. That'll give me plenty of time to do a couple other trips an fix my jeep.

depending on the amount of people that want to go it would probably be a good idea to stear clear of FB5 and a few others. there are plenty of trails to take up there that you cant run them all in one day. does anyone else have an opinion on where to meet? im leaning towards lydias camp. a little closer to the better trails. if we can get a few people that want to break off and make a second group, i would be up for FB5 with a few of you, or i can run it on friday or sunday. feel free to throw out opinions, i havent been there since july so some things could have changed. i will be locked front and rear by then. i have a winch and rocker guards also. just an FYI. so how is everyone else set up? i will be trailering mine up also and with a truck bed of extra parts... so i should be set for the whole weekend

ill be ready by then hopefully. winch is goin on this weekend and hopefully the rearend will be in by then, i still have the pos d35. proby come up early sunday mornin and catch up

I would be down for a Browns Camp run. I have never been down there, but heard that there are some great trails. As long as my Jeep isn't broken I will join you guys. You may also want to start a thread in the NW section of the NAXJA site. There seems to be more Oregon wheelers on there than on here. I have meet several of them and they are great guys with well built cherokees and they know the Browns Camp trails very well.

Sounds like an awsome time. if my jeep is all set to go i might head up there. how crazy is it going to be?

In all actuality, its as crazy as you want, mini rubicon, 7 up, waterfall, can opener, the crushers, all depends on how crazy you are. I expect there will be quite a few people up there too. Can't wait, just hope my jeep is done by then.
