No worrys, bro. We have to drive right by your place on the way home to my place. There is safety in numbers. We'll get you and your Jeep home. I've gotten pretty good at trail fixes with my son's old Renix XJ. Something breaks just about everytime.

If the Evans Creek run ends up having to be on Saturday the 21st of March. I am going to that. I can eat pizza any time. I want to go 4wheeling at Evans Creek, BAD!!!!!!!
We may just have to turn the Oak Harbor Meet and Greet into an early morning breakfast meet and greet and then we will convoy down to meet you all at Evans Creek.
Now, that sounds like an awesome idea.

well lets meet and greet somewhere on the way it would make a long day to go all the way oak harbor(seeins how im not sure where it is yet) then i can follow someone to evens(seeins i dont know where it is yet either) do I suck or what!!!!
seattlecrawler if worst come to worst my dad has a car trailer we could tow you home with or you could get your pile i mean jeep
to my house and we could get you fixed or just home.
as for the meet and greet thing you guys should battle that out and then we can decide what day to do the evans run. either day works for me i just need to know within the next week.
so no one gets lost, we can meet at the fred myers in bonney lake and i can lead the pack to evans.

OH, don't get me wrong. I love that old Renix XJ. It has made me smart and pretty good at fixing XJs. He is in the process of putting a RC 6.5 inch lift and 33x12.50 Maxxis Big Horns on Cragar Soft 8s on it right now. The thing is all primer blasck. It's gonna look like something out of The Road warrior. I'll post pics when we're done.

I gotta admit that I do love my 4.0 HO motor. Other than typical external accessories that go bad, tune ups and oil changes, it's been a turn key motor.
So I tried to put a post on here and it didn't post. I have issues with posting. Sometimes I double post and sometimes it won't post. So I will just post again.
If you guys go wheeling on the 21st or 22nd try for the 22nd. Just so we can have more people show in oak harbor. If you go the 21st I know of at least 2to3 members from this forum or naxja that will be at the meet and greet. These people my self included can inform the new comers about the forums and possible local club. We can also get people to walker valley or evans creek.
So I suggest going to what ever you want to the most.

the only problem i see with going on a sunday is that there is "sheriff dan" that patrols up there on sundays. idk bout you but i dont wanna get any tickets for not being "street legal". even though i am close to it.
if we make it for saturday why dont you ask all of the people meeting in oak harbor to just come to evans and make that the meet and greet?

Well, if you end up doing the Evans Creek run on Saturday, I will be leaving Oak Harbor at Dark 30 in the AM because I want to be rolling into Bonney Lake as the sun comes up. I want to have all the wheeling time daylight will allow....and I'm figuring on it being about a 2 hour trip down there.
i can tell everyone that meets up to head to evans creek after our meet and greet. our meet and greet starts at 11am. i figure people we stay from 1130 to 12ish.
then those that want to can head to evans creek but it will take them 2 to 3 hours to get there. so they wouldnt meet up till 2pm to 3pm. that is only about 2-3 hours of wheeling.
but if people want to i will send them that way.
i am sure some people would rather make the 30-40min drive to walker valley.
it really doesnt matter. there are so many XJs here in oak harbor and so many that want to go to evans. even if half the oak harbor meet and greet people go to evans the oak harbor meet and greet will still be great.
