I could stomach Seattle, before the Carroll era. The guy is a douche, didn't like his scamming at sc, and don't like him in Seattle. He is a mediocre NFL coach at best, who has always rode the coat tails of excellent players under him. His scheming ways are the only reason he was successful at sc. With that said, Seattle and their players, phenomenal. Wilson is a savage, and Lynch, a beast of epic standards. They are the one team this year that has just flat out been scary. Their D is high profile, their offense is uncontrollable, and their fans, #1 in the nation hands down. Any playoff game played in Seattle will be a win for them. They are the scariest team by far this season, even over new England, who are beasts in their own right. For the team and the fans, I'd love to see them far into the playoffs, but would love to see them fail at the end, just so I can see petes whiny, sad face. Go hawks, F- Carroll.

Do you watch NFL at all? Carroll does not ride coat tails of superior players, he coaches players to play above their potential by fitting key players into a system that fits them. Funny how these superstar players you speak of seem to have went from dominant college players to mediocre NFL players. Yet when he goes pro and has the opportunity to draft these same players you say are elite he side steps and drafts elsewhere.
As far as being a cheater in college I could care less, maybe your just upset he stomped your quacks for so long.

Since he has been in the NFL, carrolls drafting of players in the 3rd round and taking a chance, has payed off, Wilson, I feel, should be in the running for roy, but that will inevitably go to rg3. Bruce Irvin, meh, we will see now that he will start. Schneider is the true genius behind these pics, Carroll, again, just gets to be the face everyone is associating with the teams success.
Sidestepping "superstars" imo is smart, not all ncaa stars make it in the NFL, as you state, they end up mediocre, but there are exceptions. Never once did I say he wasn't a decent coach, just mediocre at best, same with 90% of other coaches in NFL. Yeah, his recruiting scams took players from Oregon, that would have made a good fit, so, yeah, he tore us up, good. These are my opinions, take em how you wish.

I wasn't referring to you as a bandwagon fan. I was just implying that I think it's funny how some people never watch or talk sports but when teams are winning try are all of the sudden an expert. Go Hawks!

Yeah it's a given. There will always be bandwagon fans. But who am I to tell them they can't cheer for the hometown team. It just gets annoying.

Anyway, this is a good read. Clemons is out for the rest of the season with a torn ACL. And Hauschka has a calf strain.
