Default Any good XJ shops in the PDX area?

Hey Folks. Just wondering if there are any shops in the Portland area that have expertise with the XJ. I'd like to do some driveline mods and would be great to work with a shop that knows their way around the XJ.

A bit late to reply but in case you need driveline work still I have used Six States off and on over the years. They are not an auto repair shop, drivelines are one of their specialties. They have a few around, I have only used the Columbia blvd. one.

Thanks for mentioning. I pretty much get all my parts either online or at the local parts stores.

I did find a good shop though that knows Jeeps: Holbrook Specialties in Gladstone. They work on all vehicles, but the two mechanics have a lot of experience with Jeeps, both suspension and driveline. I had them rebuild an NP242 and install it in my XJ. Went great.

I got into this thread specifically to mention Holbrook Specialties. They've been around forever and do good work

Sad to report it appears Holbrook Specialties Automotive Garage in Gladstone is no longer there. I went to the website link, which is no longer active, the phone number didn't go through, and Google says they're permanently closed. So if anyone has another Jeep XJ specific garage to recommend I'd love any suggestions in the Portland, Oregon or Oregon City areas?

Unfortunately, Holbrook has been gone for a few years now.
