Question xj twist frame

wife nailed a steel post headon. pushed the front bumper and frame crossmember back about a foot. Now I have noticed that there is a 1/2" differance is elevation of the from bumper brackets. appears the unibody rame is twisted. can this be fixed on a frame machine?

Yes. The dealer gets $65 an hour for the frame machine. It might be cheaper elsewhere.
