Default XJ Tire Fit

I have an 2001 Jeep XJ Cherokee with a 4WD Hardware 2" Economy lift on it. I have had BFG All Terrain 235/75/R15 tires on it and have gotten nearly 100,000 miles on them. They are pretty stinkin bald though. My cousin has a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and she has done some major upgrades to it. So she has her stock Rubicon wheels and tires 245/75R16 with 80%-90% tread left on them. I am curious if they will fit on my Cherokee with the 2" lift? The lift I got says that it will accommodate up to 30" tires, full range. I found a tire conversion calculator online and it says that the Rubicon tires come out to be 30.5 x 9.6 / 16.

Do you think i will get much rubbing if I go with them? She lives about 4 hours away or else I'd just try them on and see.

Thanks in advance for your input

I think the Wrangler Rubicon has a different bolt pattern for the wheels.

From the research I've been able to find on the internet, they both seem to be 5 on 4.5". But I could be wrong.

If it is a TJ Rubicon then they are the same.

How much off roading do you plan on doing? I fit 30x9.50x15 tires on my stock 93 XJ with NO rubbing.. of course this would depend on how far the stock springs sagged.

If you dont wheel it hard you should be fine, if you flex it out you might encounter minor rubbing.
