Angry xj PCV white smoke

hello there
am facing a strange issue with my 93 xj
after changing oil and filter a white some come over PCV(intake and inlet) , oil filling cap, oil level tube with a gas smell, i've clean all PCV circle change the oil again then i decided to remove the valve cover , the white some comes from the first valve only while the car running, the engine running great with no over heating or loosing power issues .

what is the possible causes for this ? if it was the valve seal then why the smoke comes from the oil level tube,so ho i possibly know if it's the gasket set or piston ring .

All of a sudden after an oil change.

Added too much oil, over filled? Didn't drain the oil correctly.
How is the oil psi?
What oil and filter did you use?

every thing sames to be normal RPM,engine power and oil pressure(40 at idle, between 50 and 70 after 2000RPM )
i've added 6 qts (10w40) with mopar filter and am pretty sure i've drain it well .
