XJ Leather interior
I just acquired a complete leather interior for a 96 XJ. The leather overall is in pretty good shape except for the usual, the driver's seat. It needs the center panel and two side panels replaced on the lower seat. Anyone have any idea what the cost may be to have the work done.

Find yourself another matching leather passenger seat and pull the lower cushion. They just unbolt. Use it on the driver side and you will have some nice seats
in addition to this, I prefer manual seats to electric motor BS, so just put seat covers on my cloth
sand and sun are natural enemies of leather anyway

Congrats on scoring the leather interior! As for the repair cost, it can vary quite a bit depending on where you live and the upholstery shop you choose. I'd recommend getting a few quotes from local shops to get a better idea of the cost. It's worth it to have it done right. And, if you want to know if the leather is real, use this guide (https://vonbaer.com/blogs/blog/how-to-tell-if-leather-is-real/). Enjoy the upgraded interior!
