Do most manual seats recline forward? I have electrical seats in my 2-door and it's a pain for anyone who has to sit in the back since they don't recline forward and take forever to move enough to squeeze through, also would prefer to recline than to open my hatch every time.

hey, I just bought this jeep 2 weeks ago, everytime I apply my brakes, the odometer lights go out, and my front signal lights come on solid.. brake lights are working fine. when headlights are on it doesn't happen. wondering if anyone out there has any ideas.
I owned a 1993 Cherokee sport years ago and I seem to remember the signal lights sticking when brakes were applied.
have a bit of mechanical background but not much wiring.
any help is appreciated.

But Corbeau reclining seats will fold forward.

Think MJ seats will work too? Limited XJs and one MJ at my local JY. I'm assuming all pre '96 have the same bolt pattern.

98 xj sport 4.0.
Theres what I believe to be a ground wire that goes from the engine to the firewall. It attaches towards the rear of the motor on the top and is bolted to the firewall. Mine has turned green with oxidation and has broken in half. I don't see any adverse effects of this. What is it and what purpose does it serve? I'll get a picture and post it up shortly.

Radio noise suppression. Not an actual ground.

Yes, but technically no, clarity of FM signal is antennae related. The noise suppression cable prevents engine revs from being transmitted into speakers, so the speakers get the clearer signal, lol.
