wow.,.. im surprisd not people mentioned u joints, that is what it is i gaurantee you. Thats exactly waht they do and only at hard turns and only when you first start it (usually like in a parkin lot) replace those and you'll be golden

Are you refering to the axle shaft U joints b/c he said he replaced those. If you mean the driveshaft U joints then I think you might have something else that should be added to his list. I think they could be the problem, but not too likely. Worth checking anyway.

Correct, i replaced the axle u-joints. They are not binding. The front driveshaft is sitting here under my desk so it's not that

I took it off a couple weeks ago while hunting down this popping. Not that it would have not caused it, but it was just "in my way"

Thanks for suggesting it though.

I'm starting to feel pretty confident it's the trackbar mount. I have to get a wrench that's big enough to fit in that small place and tighten those s-o-b's as tight as possible. I'll check those out as soon as time permits. Got so much going on with this recent break up and stuff.

Ahh I appologize, i must have missed that. Well darn, I was sure thats what it was! Id say, get a buddy to drive it for you and you get up close to it and listen really hard...

dabeast I have news for you again. muddeprived is deaf. Can't hear at all. I think you missed that too. Or maybe he said it a long time ago but it stuck in my head and I have taken that into consideration on all my answers to his problems.
