Yes, IF you springs are NOT severly sagging.

They are not severly sagging but the are needing a reviving. Bring some life in them quick.

One thing to consider is that, extended shackle add stress to the springs andcan eggaerate the sag. I'd buy the kit for a quick BB lift. It is a better option to either a AAL lift or Blocks But I would also plan on replacing the springs or doing a Bastard Pack in the near future.
