I don't like how the shock is mounted on that JKS bar... puts a lot of stress on that bolt. There is only 1 shear point. Extend that bar farther out to position the shock between the square stock and the bar. 2 shear points and you can use spacers if the eyelet is thinner.

It mounts the same way as aftermarket sway bar links do when they replace the factory pressed-in stud. They come with the same style of bolt-on stud and it holds up just fine. A double sheer version would be better, I agree, but if your bumpstops are set and your shocks can't fully compress then you will be fine with single sheer.

I am tossing around the idea of this mod with Andy from Ironman4x4. We're in the thinking/planning stages right now. Not sure if he will make this or not until I get enough feedback from the forums.
