If I had 8k to spend, i'd find one that was unmolested for abot $4500 and lift it with rims and tires myself. And still have a bunch of money left to do whatever... jmo.

 

No. not worth it. As brian said, dont spend the money on an already built rig and DIY for less and to be sure that it is done properly.

 

If he has Doc of all the work done to it. It is a Very nice jeep. I would like to know what his gearing is on the 8.25 in the rear for the 33,The tire do seem a lil small for a 6.5 inch lift. And it is ROugh country ugh... I would rather use the money to buy and older vehicle like my waggie and use the other 7 grand to soup her up to your liking. He has kept it real clean. But for that price yo wont sell and nine year old cherokee to any one but a JEEP LOVER. I bought my first 87 XJ for a grand and my second for 700. go cheep these vehicles or rock solid and the older the better
