What's up bud... I'm excited I get first dibs on this thread! Anyhow you probably have a bad wire going to your switch or a bad switch. If your radio is wired to your fuse block and it has power then you have power at the block. I hope you checked your fuses. I would start by testing for voltage to the switch.... can't remember the wire color but pretty sure its bigger then the others. Use a test light or multimeter. If you have power going to the switch then turn it on and check for power out. If you don't have any then its your switch (part where the wires hook up). If there's no power to the switch you need to follow the wire back. You will find power (and the problem) eventually. I don't have the wiring diagram in front of me but a haynes manual would be a good investment. Its easier to trace the wire on the diagram then check the junction in the car. Good luck. Wish I had my diagrams in front of me. I could probably almost pin point it. If you don't find it tomorrow I will grab my diagrams from my other house and get this.figured out.

Factory service manual will do you a lot more good than a haynes or a chilton's

Never had a problem with the haynes diagram.... much easier to get ahold of too as far as.I know. Out have to do a little extrapolation then again I've been reading wiring diagrams for over ten years.... some people have more trouble then.others deciphering them I guess.

I meant for all general repairs. A lot more detail on how to do everything in the fsm. Haynes and chilton's are great, no doubt. I use them too lol.

Believe so. I would get a diagram. There's a wire to the ignition switch that is always hot. That ign. One should be it. I will run outside and check it out for you.

That plug is not hot unless the key is.on. you need to take.your later plastic off and find the hot wire going to the switch. A diagram will tell you wh at color. I'll try and find the color for.you when I get home.
