could be wheel bearings, could be tires are out of balance, could be your tie-rod ends are going bad, bad control arm bushings..... lol there's a few places for ya to check

mine would do the same wobble between 55 and 60...turns out i had a rim that was slightly bent. got new tires put on and this wheel took a BUNCH of weight to balance. gonna swap it out with my spare real soon.
anyways it did balance out, and its now on the rear pass. side....no more wobble.

55-65 is normally a balanced or bent rim issue. To make sure jack up the hole front end and give her a shake. If you need to grab a second set of eyes to look for movement. It should be sort of stiff but fluid movements. And pulses or noses should be investigated. Shake up and down right and left. Just watch all the joints when tire is moved. watch tiy-rods upper and lower ball-joints searing linkage and sway bar along with sway bar bracket. sounds like alot but can save you $$$$$$$$$$$$
