Default WJ Rotors/Calipers

I was checking out the Budget Builds: What Junkyard Parts Will Fit Cherokee thread and I am intersted to do this swap, i have searched for a how to do thread but i can't find one.
So my question is, the WJ Rotor has a different bolt pattern, what is the fix?
is there a different rotor i can use from some other truck/suv or what ever?
