Exclamation wiring problems

i don't know what hell is going on with my jeep the turn signals windshield wipers and the radio sometimes work and sometime it don't. the turn signals work but sometimes when you turn them on it don't. its not the fuses i checked them out all ready but if all things are on its shuts them all off like there is not enough power to make them work i need to know what i could do if there is something wrong i need turn signal and windshield wiper for work i need to know before monday if you know the what the problem is thank you just send it to me i have a 1989 jeep cherokee please help thank you joe

I would say the multiple switch in the steering column is bad.
