Wiring lights.
K I have searched and searched. I am looking for a write up for installing lights with pictures. I've looked at every diagram pretty much but I don't understand that well enough. Anyone have any step by step pictures of installing lights on a bumper? I'm looking to install 2 hella 500ff on my front orfab bumper. Any help will be much appreciated.
Heck, if there's anyone in the Detroit metro area that could spend a day to show me I'd buy beer n pizza n prolly throw some $ their way. I just want to learn, instead of paying my local shop to do it
Thnx all

Did your lights come with a relay? A switch? Or do you have those items, or just the lights?
The basic idea is to mount a switch in the cab. The switch controls a relay you mount under the hood. The relay connects the fog lights to battery + when the switch is thrown.
Basic step by step:
Run +12V from an "acc" or "ign" terminal in your interior fuse box to one terminal of the switch.
Connect the other terminal of the switch to the "+" terminal of the relay.
Connect the "-" terminal of the relay to chassis ground.
Connect one "load" tab of the relay to battery + through a fuse. You can use an inline fuse, or chassis mount. For 2 X 500ff (55 watt) lamps, it should be a 15 Amp fuse.
Connect the other "load" tab of the relay to the positive wire on each fog light.
Ground the negative wire on each fog light.
I would use 14ga wire, and a relay rated for 20 amps.
