Wire through firewall?

Will do when I get to it. No 1 problem right now is an intermittent short in the headlights, so that part of the wiring needs to be checked asap.

Ok the fuse was an unrelated issue. Turns out the P.O. replaced the NSS not long ago. Current guess is a hidden alarm system blocking the start. Workaround is as follows. 
The TGL is a lighted toggle switch so it's bright red when active. the MOM is a momentary toggle. Right now the wire goes out the door and under the hood, hey it works.
