Question Wipers (rear washer) and blower problems

Hi all - I have a 2000 cherokee (not a grand cherokee). Two problems that have been bugging me:

Blower motor - defrost/heater etc - only work on OFF or FULL. A quick google search tells me that this is fairly common, but not sure exactly what part I need and where it goes.

Wiper - works fine, but if I turn off the wipers it does not return to bottom position - it just stops wherever.

Rear Wiper - the wiper works but the washer fluid hose seems to be completely rotted and no longer works. Any idea on where I can get a replacement hose?

Thanks,
Rob

Wow - you guys are fast. Thanks.

The resistor and the switch - where are they located? Are they a pain to get to?

I believe the resistor is on the passenger side up around the floor vent but not 100 percent sure. I am someone in here will chime in. The park switch should be part of your wiper motor assembly.

Question

OK - found the resistor on Ebay. Still can't find the wiper park switch, can it be named something else? Or know where I can find one?

Thanks,
Rob

It should be part of your wiper motor. So you will either need to buy a new wiper motor or tear yours apart and see if you can fix it. A new wiper motor would be the easiest.
