threw this together real fast for ya
the wiper motor is located under the wiper blades.
remove the arms and take out all the screws along the plastic wiper motor guard. (BE CAREFUL! there is a screw on the inside of the passenger wiper arm post)
after the plastic guard is removed it will look like this (be sure to remove your hoses for the wiper fluid.
you will need a number 3 torx to remove the screws holding the wiper arm post in place.
under the motor you will find a size 10 or 11 holding the motor to its bracket. after the arms and motor is free, push the wiper assembly down till it fall in to the housing. Slide the assembly all the way to the driver side and twist left and pull the assembly out passenger side first. Then you will be able to discontent the plug from the wiring harness to the motor.
sorry for the poor grammar and such. wrote this up in about 5 mins best of luck to you!

Oh and I only broke one thing. Where the hose goes into the plastic part to spray wash on the passenger side. The passenger don't need to see thru the mud anyways.

You are awesome! I got it apart but could not figure out how to get it out. I kept trying to push it over towards the passenger side. I ordered a new one from Schucks for 55 as opposed to Napa for 97. Will be here tomorrow.

congrats. i'm glad you got them out. nice my ex had a pair of pink coveralls ha.
keep that little plastic part you broke off and get yourself some gorilla glue and put a paper clip through it and glue the SOB back together. the paper clip will make it so the glue doesn't fill the opening that the washer fluid goes through, or... go to the junk yard and get another one.. either way

I hadn't even though of Gorilla glue. That will work till I can get to the junk yard and get a new one when I get a new fuse.

Its just your plastic bushings. This happened to me on I5 in a huge down pour. a 2 cent piece of plastic could have killed me. they wear after a while. when you turn the wipers on, the motor runs but the bushings wont engage any more. they are the ones uder that piece in your last pic. you can get it off with a flat head, pliers, and TLC... TLC! dont man handle it!. it will pop off and you just pop the new ones in and thats the fix. I found that finding the correct ones is kind of a pain because they are sold in chrystler mix pack. had to buy 2 packs to get 2 bushings I needed

its a ball and socket style, similar to the lift gate struts kind of a thing. the plastic bushing is the cup side. the ball is attached to the other side and stationary. bushing pops in cup, then ball into that

I HATE O'Reilly's!!!! Ok now that that's outta the way. The lil plastic piece does not need to come off. They ordered the wrong motor and only noticed when I saw the parts that were wrong.

I guess i should of asked at the beginning if it was an intermediate problem, which is the breaker thing that you replaced is caused by. Btw i wouldnt suggest using a fuse for that. The breaker could trip several times and you wouldnt know it. Its a safe guard for the wiper motors so they dont draw too much power and burn themselfs up, and it resets itself when it cools down. A fuse will just pop
