Default Wipers not working?

Okay, after much testing, replacing of motors, reading and searching I cannot figure this one out. My wipers quit working. at first they worked great. then they would only work intemittantly. They would work, then just stop in mid swipe. They were tripping the circuit breaker. after the circuit breaker reset itself they would work for a little while again then quit mid swipe. If I tried to put them on High, they would stop immediately, but after awhile work long enough to get back to the off position. then they quit working completely. I have replaced the motor with two jy motors and still nothing. I have votage to the blue wire, but nothing to the other two wires when on low or high. What else can I check. could it be the wiper relay? I replaced the wiper control module with a jy unit too and nothing. what do I check next???? I am just not getting voltage to the motor when in the on position. How can I trace this back?

I took out the wiper control module and checked for continuity at each pin. Both module have at least two pins that do not have continuity. Are all the pins supposed to have continuity at all times? I also read somewhere that you can bypass the module and just plug the connectors into each other. Is that correct? At least I would have low and high wipers, just no intemittant, right???

Yes you can bypass the module, so try that. I've had mine like that for a few months now because my module went out.

My circuit breaker broke off with the blades still in there so I just ran a wire loop in there and it works fine. I still have my intermitten also.

It's fixed. Traced the problem back to what I thouht was the switch. While taking the column apart to check the switch I found that I had pinched a wire the last time I took the column apart to fix the loose tilt mechanism. IT WORKs.
