I have a 94 jeep cherokee sport 4.0. my windshield wipers work in high speed. Nothing happens in slow or intermitten speeds. what is the best way to troubleshoot my motor. what is the best way to troubleshoot my wiper relay. and how about the steering switch. what im trying to do is understand how and what each part is doing to make me a better mechanic. im leaning it a bad relay. but would the relay stop the wipers wherever they are in hgi h speed when i turn them off?

 

start off by checking the steering wheel switch mine went bad before try meesing with the plugs and what not

 

whats the best way to check the multi switch. i get power differences at my intermitten relay. just not quite sure what im suppose to be seeing there. but power changes on wires when i turn the steering switch into different wiper speeds. the relay i get alittle changes out of it not much. im gonna have to go by the motor and test my motor windings.
