Odd request, I know, but I just went out to do the "cotter pin fix" on what I thought was a disconnected worm. Take it all apart just to find out that the previous owner took the worm gear out (?!). Does anyone know the specs on this (length, pitch, diameter, etc...)? Also, does anyone know where I might be able to pick this up? I'm hoping that this is a generic size and can run up to Ace Hardware or something similar.

I would say its gonna be easier to just get another motor.

 

I'm big on fixing things instead of replacing things. Especially when everything is in perfect working order (aside from a missing worm gear obviously).

Every single time I've been to a Pull-A-Part or whatever the regulators have already been snagged. I'd just grab one there for ~$15 if I could, but it looks like I need to "outsource".
