window regulator question

window regulator question
1998 xj sport 2 door
my rt passenger door window regulator is done
i need a new one but i only seem to find listings for window regulators for four door models will a front right regulator from a 4 door work on a 2 door???

I did a search for you and compared part numbers for your year. Unfortunately the part numbers and prices are different for 2 and 4-doors. Here's a link to the web site I looked at: http://www.jeep4x4center.com/jeep-do...regulators.htm
Hopefully you can find one on e-bay or in a wrecking yard because they are spendy!

sorry bud, you gotta get a 2 door one. And they're not cheap.. thats why i have to pull my pass window up with my hand lol. even the manual regulators are expensive..
