window motor, need help.

window motor, need help.
my window in the driver side does not go up all the way, so today while at the junkyard i pulled one off a 99 (mines a 98) and just tried putting it in my jeep. come to find out the bolts on it are to wide to fit into the little groves on the door panel....i looked at the #'s, one says
