window issues

Default window issues

i have manual rolling windows and on my driver window i roll it half way down and it slips and i cant roll it down farther. also i half to pull it up a little when i roll it up.

anyway i can fix this cheap and easy?

Sounds like a broken window regulator. I've never dove into a manual XJ door, but most OEM's use either a metal stamped gear set(old stuff), or more likely for XJ's, a flexible plastic gear ribbon. I'd pull the panel and start poking around. Cheap and easy? hit the JY
