will 30" tires on 15 x 8, 5 on 4.5 wheels from a YJ fit on my stock 1999 sport classic?

You will have some rub at full lock but it will go down the road. best to just buy some shackles for the rear $60 and spacers up front for $40. Vary easy to install and will not hinder your ride quality. The shocks you have will work you won't need new ones. Or you could just trim your fenders some.
