Will the HEAD from a 95 Grand fit a 92 XJ without any problems?

Will the HEAD from a 95 Grand fit a 92 XJ without any problems?
I did several searches on this topic. I have a 92 Cherokee 4.0 Laredo that I'm rebuilding. A friend has a freshly rebuilt head from a 95 grand cherokee 4.0. Will his head fit, without problems, on my 92 XJ? I really appreciate any and all info.

I would look closely at the accessory mounting locations. The AC bracket bolts to the head on the XJ Not sure about the ZJ. Also maybe cross reference a Head gasket kit by FelPro to see if they are the same. And check for the location of the temp guage sender in the back driver side of the head.
