Will an engine from a 98 GC fit my 94 XJ?
I have a 1994 Jeep XJ with a 4.0 H.O. and it has a thrown rod. I have found a 1998 Grand Cherokee at the local Pick n Pull. It has a good looking 4.0 to. Can I put this engine in my XJ? Everything looks the same. What are the pros and cons to this engine being put in my XJ? If you have ANY info about this, i will be happy to hear it.
