Will a 96 NP231 bolt right into my 01?

I got a decent deal on a 96 NP231 T-case with 110kmi with a just installed AA SYE for 200 dollars, just wondering if this will bolt right in trouble free to my 01.

Should be fine, I think theyre both 23 spline
